My name is Claire, and I am fundraising to support Asmaa Nawaf Abu Sahlol, a mother from Gaza who is desperately trying to keep her three children alive under unimaginable circumstances.
Asmaa lives in Khan Younis with her family of five. She has no one to support her except God and the kindness of people like you. Her children are suffering terribly. Her son, Muhammad (4 years old), has severe health conditions—atrophy in the head and a heart disease—making his situation extremely difficult. She has shown medical certificates from the Ministry of Health confirming his condition.
Asmaa is also caring for her 7-month-old baby girl, Malak, and her 2-year-old daughter, Musk. All three children are living in unsafe, dire conditions, without enough food, medicine, or shelter.
Despite everything, Asmaa is still fighting every single day for her children’s survival. She told me:
“I have no one to support me except God and the good people who stand by me. My dear sister, we need you for our children.”
